Terms of Service

These terms govern your booking and participation in charters and cruises with Sunny Bay Cruise and Charter LLC. By booking, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Payment

Charters are private and reserved on a first-come basis. Full details and payment are handled at checkout through our booking system.

Weather & Cancellations

Your safety comes first. If we determine a charter cannot safely operate, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a one-year rain check. Guests who cancel at least three days before the trip are eligible for a full refund; cancellations inside three days are subject to booking terms.

On-Board Safety

All guests follow the captain's instructions and safety briefing. The captain has full authority over the vessel and may adjust or end a trip for safety reasons.

Liability

Guests participate at their own risk and may be required to sign a waiver prior to departure.
